2. Products & Pricing
All women’s apparel goods displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to display product photos, descriptions, sizes and colors accurately; however, monitor display differences may cause slight color deviations and we cannot guarantee your device screen will reproduce colors perfectly.
All product prices shown on the Site are in the displayed currency and do not include shipping fees, customs duties, taxes or import fees which may apply to international shipments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an obvious incorrect price appears for your ordered item, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.
3. Orders & Payment
When you submit an order, this constitutes your offer to purchase goods under these Terms. We are not obligated to accept every submitted order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit quantity or cancel orders for reasons including product out‑of‑stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
Payment must be completed at checkout via supported third‑party payment processors. We do not store your full credit‑card data on our servers. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard estimated shipping time for all orders is 15‑30 business days after order processing is completed. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery delays may be caused by carrier backlogs, customs clearance, bad weather, peak shopping seasons or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. NEXUS GLOBAL TRADE LLC shall not be liable for any losses arising from reasonable shipping delays.
Once goods are handed over to shipping carriers, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery to your shipping address. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional costs or failed delivery caused by wrong addresses provided by customers shall be borne by you.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return requests for women’s clothing must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive the package. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in resalable condition. Items with stains, perfume marks or obvious wear will not be accepted for return.
Before sending items back, you must contact us at service@nexus‑globaltrade.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent without an RMA number may be rejected.
Unless products arrive defective or damaged, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. After we receive and inspect returned goods, eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for financial institutions to complete refund posting to your account. Final‑sale items marked on product pages cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Intellectual Property
